Age Requirements
Minimum driver age: 23 years (cars & atv) . Maximum driver age: 75 years. Drivers must meet the following age requirements to make a reservation online.
Driving license
Drivers must hold a valid license for at least one (1) year.
Vehicle Return
We recommend to return the vehicle during the opening hours of the return location. Vehicle return outside the opening hours is possible, but needs to be discussed with the chosen return location. Reservations outside business hours may be accommodated only upon request and subject to approval by the local office. An additional fee of 40€ applies for this service.
Mileage
Unlimited mileage is included in all rentals.
Additional Drivers
Each Additional driver costs €7 per day. All additional drivers must meet age and license requirements. All drivers must be specifically listed in the rental contract for the agreement to remain valid. In the event of an unauthorized driver, the individual will be held responsible for any damages, and no insurance coverage will apply.
Standard Package (Includes Basic Package)
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW). Reduced excess of €500 - €1300, depending on vechicle category. Theft protection. Fire protection. Does NOT cover: wheels, tires, glass, mirrors, interior, roof, underside, lost keys, wrong fuel usage. Read Terms and Conditions.
Security Deposit & Insurance
For rentals covered by Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), a pre-authorisation deposit will be held on the renter’s personal credit or debit card at vehicle pick-up, depending on the selected vehicle category.
Only physical cards are accepted virtual or digital cards (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.) cannot be used for the security deposit.
The amount will be automatically released at the end of the rental period, provided no additional charges or damages apply.
Child Seats
Child/Infant seat costs additional €5/day. Booster seat cost additional €3/day.
Taxes & VAT
All rental rates include VAT and local taxes.
Smoking & Cleaning Fees
Smoking in vehicles is strictly prohibited and comes with a fee of €50. Excessive dirt, sand, pet hair, sea salt stains may incur a cleaning fee of €80.
Fuel Policy
Same-to-same: Return the vehicle with the same fuel level as at pick-up. Failure to do so incurs a refueling charge.
Rental Extensions & Late Returns
Rental extensions require prior approval. A 30 minutes grace period is allowed. Delays over one hour incur an extra €10 per hour. Beyond three (3) hours, a full day’s rental rate applies.
Fixed Penalties for Negligence
Lost Car keys: €150 for simple / €300 for special. Lost Scooter/ATV keys: €50. Lost baby/infant seat: €100. Lost booster seat: €60.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled rental.
Additionally, any reservation will be automatically cancelled if the customer does not contact or inform the company at least 1 hour after the scheduled vehicle pickup time.
~If the customer chooses to return the vehicle earlier than the agreed rental period, no refund will be issued for the unused rental time ~
